2024 Fall semester graduation procedure
- Please complete the graduation procedures before February 6,2025.
※If graduate students who have not completed graduation procedure before February 17, need to register and pay after the next semester starts. - Please login to 校務行政/學生篇/修改資料 (School Administration/Students/Update) to upload your graduation photo,
and go to 校務行政/學生篇/查詢 (School Administration/Students/Enquiry) to download the Graduation Procedure
Form.
After signatured by the advisor, please go to the Library Counter of NCUT, and Academic Affairs Office.
Procedure Guide - After the thesis verification form and exam score sheet are signed by the oral examination committee,
and return the documents to department office.
If the advisor confirms that graduate student achieve graduation qualifications, the department office will provide a scan file of the thesis verification form for graduate students to add to the finished thesis and upload it to the library for review.
The hardcover of thesis will be made after the review, have two should be submit to the Library of NCUT, and one should be submit to the department office for retention. Each graduate student should complete the thesis originality comparison by Turnitin before submit to the Library, the similarity of the comparison result is recommended to be less than 20%, fill out comparison result form and submit along with the originality comparison report to the advisor for signature.
The original comparison result form should be sent to the department office for retention, and send the PDF file of comparison report to ealin220@ncut.edu.tw.

Library's Thesis Submission Guide - The graduation procedure of review by the Library, and the Academic Affairs Office is as follows:
Prepare the "Graduation Procedure Form" and
submit to the
library "1 notification letter of thesis review results
(approved)", "2 master's
thesis electronic file online authorization form" and "2
hardcover of thesis".
Submit the "1 hardcover of thesis" to the
department office and complete the graduate questionnaire, and receive the thesis verification
form.

※If you need an English graduation certificate and transcript, please bring 2 to 3 2-inch photos. (English transcript production takes 3 working days) After the Registration Section of the Academic Affairs Office confirms the graduation qualifications and completes procedures, and then can receive the degree certificate.
