Application process：

• Before submitting the application for the oral examination, please fill in the list of the degree examination committee before June 3, which will be submitted to the department meeting for review.

• Please submit the application form and related documents to the department office three weeks before the oral examination date, and complete the oral examination by July 31, 2024.

Document Required：

• Transcripts of previous years (Apply to Registrar's Office)
  Master's students must complete the academic research ethics education course.
• Proof of conference paper or journal paper submission (print out the abstract)
  The student must be the first author or corresponding author for the paper, apart from the advisor and co-supervisor. In case of changing the advisor, the student must provide proof of conference paper or journal paper submission under the guidance of the new advisor.
• Thesis draft (paperback)
  Each graduate student should complete the thesis originality comparison by Turnitin before submitting the thesis draft, the similarity of the comparison result is recommended to be less than 20%, fill out checklist and submit along with the originality comparison report to the advisor for signature.
  The original checklist should be sent to the department's office for retention, and send the PDF file of comparison report to ealin220@ncut.edu.tw.

• After the examination application form and the confirmation form are signatured by the Advisor please collect the documents and submit it to the department office.

Before the oral exam, please prepare the following documents：

• Please enter the relevant information before printing.

• Thesis Verification Form：1 sheet.
• Master Degree Examination Score Sheet：1 for each person of committee.
• Master Degree Examination Total Score Sheet：1 sheet.
• Master Degree Examination Poster (A3 size): Please post it on the bulletin board on the 1F of the department building 2 weeks before the oral exam date.
• Please go to the department office to receive the examiner appointment letter before the date of the oral exam, and the examiner's oral examination fee will be remitted by the school.
